Un an après avoir formé un jeune Freddy Wong à Drunken Boxing, Beggar So / Sam Seed revient pour découvrir que sa femme a adopté un fils Foggy. Sam prend en aversion le garçon et le torture mentalement et physiquement. Dévasté, le garçon s’enfuit et prend un emploi dans une auberge, où il rencontre Rubber Legs et son élève. Il entend par hasard qu’ils recherchent Beggar So et veulent le tuer, faisant de la boxe Northern ‘Drunk Mantis’ de Rubber Legs la suprême.
